Addictions

When habits or behaviours such as drinking, drug taking or gambling come to dominate daily life and people find themselves powerless to stop the problem then it is very likely that they have an addiction. Addictions can be formed to any activity or behaviour, which allows people to escape from life and its problems and includes shopping or spending, sexual activities, gambling, eating disorders, prescribed or illegal drugs or alcohol.
As with all addictive behaviour problems, it is very difficult for a person to acknowledge the existence of an addiction and this means that people suffer for many more years than is necessary.

So when do addictions become a problem?
Addiction becomes a problem when they first become and addiction!
When the rest of the persons life is affected either at home or work or both they need help.
The hardest part is admitting the addiction. Quite often the families of the addicts need help as well.

If you want help then you can have it!
The hypnosis session last an hour and a half.
