Anxiety/Stress/Panic Attacks
Stress is the adverse reaction to excessive pressure. It is not a disease, but if it is intense and goes on for some time, it can lead to mental and physical ill health problems such as depression, nervous breakdown or heart disease.
Being under pressure can improve performance. But when the pressure becomes excessive, it becomes stress and that can be bad for you.

So when is stress a problem?
When you feel changes in your mood or behaviour such as deteriorating relationships with your colleagues or families When you are irritable or Indecisiveness When you stay away from work or know that your performance is reduced If you take up smoking or drink more alcohol than usual or start taking drugs If you are complaining about your health or suffering from headaches When you feel depressed and can't face the world.

If you want help then you can have it!
The hypnosis session last an hour and a half.
