Grief and Bereavement
It can be very hard to understand why someone special in our life has died and left us.
It can be very distressing to realise that a very special part of our life is over, finished.
We cannot have it back. It is especially hard to have lost someone without having the opportunity to say goodbye.
So when do our feelings hold us back?
Sometimes the relationship was not a good one, the daughter whose sexually abusive father has died?
The person whose alcoholic partner has died.
The son whose mother could never say, I love you or I am proud of you and now never will.
These things make very difficult grief journeys.
We grieve what was and what should have been.
We grieve the loss of the dream we cherished that somehow, someday, all would be put right.
And, in these circumstances, we often grieve alone.
If you want help then you can have it!
The hypnosis session last an hour and a half.
